This Croatian National Parks cycling tour will take you to Croatias inland mountain region and five national parks: Risnjak, North Velebit, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica and Krka River. Daily routes on this cycling tour are between two and five hours on easy to moderate terrain and leave enough time for relaxing in the evening. Its all about exploring the lovely pastoral Croatian countryside by bicycle. We cycle on roads that are nearly traffic free, through forests, between hills and across green fields. Cycling tour takes you through traditional villages and most beautiful and stunning national parks of Croatia. You will have a chance to taste some forest strawberries or blackberries, raspberries or cherries, or roasted corn and chestnuts depending on the season of your trip.

Skradin is a unique town hidden in the Krka River estuary, 80 kilometres from Split, on the very edge of the National Park Krka River. The small picturesque town, rich in history, has a couple of family-run hotels, restaurants, pubs and wineries, a beach and marina - all in friendly atmosphere. Afternoons will be spent in relaxing ambience of Zadar and Sibenik old towns, Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace in Split or Trogir art treasures - both UNESCO World Heritage sites.
River and sea kayaking as well as hiking are included in the program as everyday activities and are suitable for all ages. The sea and rivers are friendly they have pleasant temperatures in summer and they are not dangerous or physically demanding. Novigrad is a small fishermans village situated on the coast of Adriatic Sea deep in Novigrad Bay. The village has managed to preserve its authentic traditional architecture, untouched by modern tourism. It is scattered along the coastline under well preserved 13th century fortress Fortica. The Novigrad Bay area is surrounded by national parks and nature reserves: Kornati Islands, Krka River, Paklenica Canyon, Plitvice Lakes, Velebit Mountain, Telascica Bay, Vrana Lake. The morning fishermans market and quiet village atmosphere are perfect for guests who want to get away from big summer crowds yet feel good in a friendly atmosphere. It is absolutely not a typical tourist-hotel resort. Its pleasant cafe and restaurant terrace give memorable views of the sunset over the bay and Velebit Mountain peaks.
