Arrival Day Upon arrival in Istanbul, our professional driver will collect you and transfer you to your hotel in Istanbul, where the rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in an Istanbul Hotel Day 2 - Istanbul Highlights After a night of rest and a delicious breakfast at your accommodation in Istanbul, you will then begin your grand tour of this amazing metropolis. This tour will cover the highlights, even with such little time, you will not be left wanting. A visit to the Blue Mosque will be the first stop, with its famous blue tiles. The Hagia Sophia is a requirement, and you will be stunned by the exquisite beauty of this famous structure. You will also get to wander around the Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar and grab some fantastic bargains. Pay a visit to the exquisite Topkapi Palace, where you will be stunned. Finally, your tour would not be complete without visiting the Golden Horn to drive along the waterway that divides Istanbul into two continents. You will then take a flight from Istanbul to Kayseri Airport, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Cappadocia, where the evening is at your leisure. Overnight at a hotel in Cappadocia Day 3 - North Cappadocia Tour Before the North Cappadocia tour, you will have the option to book a Hot Air Balloon flight, which is indeed the highlight of the Cappadocia experience. If you choose to see Cappadocia in this way, you will be picked up before sunrise from your accommodation, and you will be floating in the air by the time the sun emerges over the striking Cappadocia landscape. Whether you opt for the hot air balloon adventure or not, you will have time for breakfast at your accommodation before beginning a tour of North Cappadocia. Included in this day tour is a visit to the Göreme Esentepe, which provides the second-best panoramic view of the area (when not flying in a hot air balloon). You will also have a chance to explore the town of Avanos, which is famous for terracotta pottery designs that date back to 3.000 BC. Here you can explore the local wares and chat with the craftsman who still creates these beautiful pieces. Visits to the Göreme Open Air Museum, Monks Valley, and Devrent Valley are also included in this tour and are the perfect opportunities to learn about the unique history and natural beauty of these areas.
