Continue in the afternoon to Mont-Saint-Michel, arriving in the early evening as the crowds thin. Explore the abbey with your guide, admire the changing tides, and enjoy the quieter atmosphere before heading to Caen or Bayeux for an overnight stay in a selected 3–4★ hotel. Day two focuses on Normandy’s World War II history. Begin at the Caen Memorial Museum, then continue to key sites including Omaha Beach, Utah Beach, and the Normandy American Cemetery. A stop at a traditional Normandy cider farm adds a regional touch before the return drive to Paris in the late afternoon.
