Cruise Friendly Refund Policy
Book with added flexibility if your cruise plans change. Eligible shore excursions receive a full refund if your ship arrives too late for you to participate, changes its port date and the excursion cannot be rescheduled, skips the port entirely, or your cruise is canceled by the cruise line. You may also cancel for a full refund before the Cancellation Deadline shown on your Booking Voucher. Full details are outlined in Project Expedition’s Terms of Use.

Back to Ship Guarantee
Our Back to Ship Guarantee provides added protection in the unlikely event you are unable to make it back to your ship in time.

If you miss your ship through no fault of your own, Project Expedition will handle the arrangements and cover reasonable travel and meals to get you to the next port of call — plus pay up to $10,000 per booking to compensate for the disruption.

To qualify, the shore excursion must include the Back to Ship Guarantee and be scheduled to end at least two hours before your ship departs. You’ll also need to follow the excursion’s original itinerary as booked, without deviations, and notify us of the delay as soon as reasonably possible.
