Cruise Friendly Refund Policy

Enjoy added flexibility if your cruise changes plans. Receive a full refund if your ship arrives too late for you to participate, changes its port date and the excursion cannot be rescheduled, skips the port entirely, or your cruise is canceled by the cruise line. You may also cancel for a full refund before the Cancellation Deadline shown on your Voucher, if applicable. Full details are outlined in Project Expedition’s Terms of Use.

Back to Ship Guarantee

Book with confidence with our Back to Ship Guarantee. In the unlikely event you are unable to make it back to your ship in time, through no fault of your own, Project Expedition will handle the travel arrangements and cover reasonable expenses to get you to the next port of call — plus pay $1,250 per guest (up to $10,000 per booking) to compensate for the disruption.

To qualify, the shore excursion must include the Back to Ship Guarantee and be scheduled to end at least two hours before your ship departs. You’ll also need to follow the excursion’s original itinerary without deviations and notify us of the delay as soon as reasonably possible.
