This specialized Yoga adventure trip gives you the insight of the most popular destinations while practicing your favorite activity.
Two day Zrmanja River trip is designed for flexible, energetic people who like to be active and have a spirit of adventure and a positive attitude. Our daily program is a combination of kayaking, swimming and exploring for river lovers and those who want to be outdoors in nature for a couple of days. Breathtaking beauty merged with activities is something worth the experience. Indulge yourself for the weekend and feel like a little scout again. Zrmanja and Krupa are among the most beautiful rivers in Europe: perfectly clear warm water, spectacular canyon with magnificent waterfall. They are easy and safe enough for beginner canoeists but their scenery makes them also very exciting. The trip begins in Kastel Zegarski, only one hour drive from Zadar. After first hour of paddling down easy rapids you will – if time and weather permit – visit beautiful Kupa waterfalls and swim under them. The next day we finish up in Novigrad Sea, so it makes a great opportunity to combine river and sea kayaking in one trip!
This multi-activity adventure holiday will take you along the Croatian coast and to the county’s beautiful continental region, such as Plitvice Lakes National Park. You will explore different unique areas on foot, by bicycle, from a kayak and from a raft. Our guides will seize every opportunity to steer you away from the busy everyday life ensuring a truly memorable experience which you will cherish for many years to come. Kolocep Island sea kayaking offers you a unique way to explore this beautiful island, its shores and caves. Plitvice Lakes National Park, a World Heritage Site, plays host to 16 lakes, numerous waterfalls fed by both the Black and White Rivers, as well as seemingly endless forests which make for unique and unforgettable experiences.
The highlights of this active holiday include canoeing/kayaking, rafting, walking and cycling in the area around Plitvice Lakes National Park while experiencing breath-taking views and stunning scenery. Plitvice Lakes National Park, a World Heritage Site, plays host to 16 lakes, numerous waterfalls fed by both the Black and White Rivers, as well as seemingly endless forests which make for a unique and unforgettable experience. The itinerary will also take you on a journey down the Zrmanja River by kayak, rafting down the Una River in Bosnia and we will end the week by kayaking down the beautiful Mreznica Canyon. You can expect to paddle about 10 miles a day (four hours), but our schedule is very weather dependent. Previous kayaking experience is recommended, but not required. The rivers are friendly – they have pleasant temperatures in summer and they are not dangerous or physically demanding.
Skradin is a unique town hidden in the Krka River estuary, 80 kilometres from Split, on the very edge of the National Park Krka River. The small picturesque town, rich in history, has a couple of family-run hotels, restaurants, pubs and wineries, a beach and marina - all in friendly atmosphere. Afternoons will be spent in relaxing ambience of Zadar and Sibenik old towns, Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Palace in Split or Trogir art treasures - both UNESCO World Heritage sites.
River and sea kayaking as well as hiking are included in the program as everyday activities and are suitable for all ages. The sea and rivers are friendly they have pleasant temperatures in summer and they are not dangerous or physically demanding. Novigrad is a small fishermans village situated on the coast of Adriatic Sea deep in Novigrad Bay. The village has managed to preserve its authentic traditional architecture, untouched by modern tourism. It is scattered along the coastline under well preserved 13th century fortress Fortica. The Novigrad Bay area is surrounded by national parks and nature reserves: Kornati Islands, Krka River, Paklenica Canyon, Plitvice Lakes, Velebit Mountain, Telascica Bay, Vrana Lake. The morning fishermans market and quiet village atmosphere are perfect for guests who want to get away from big summer crowds yet feel good in a friendly atmosphere. It is absolutely not a typical tourist-hotel resort. Its pleasant cafe and restaurant terrace give memorable views of the sunset over the bay and Velebit Mountain peaks.
